Bring your children (ages 3-11) to the Bayit Sukkah while you prepare for the holiday. We are offering registration for two parts of the day. Light lunch will be served at the extended care:

9:00am - 11:00am: Sukkah Decorating (including art supplies, arts & crafts snack, and activity)
11:00am - 1:00pm: Extended Care/Drop-off

Cost for EITHER half of the day: $20/child, $35/two children, $55/three children
Cost for BOTH: $40/child, $70/two children, $110/three children

Please register blow by Friday morning, September 16th.

NoYes1) At this time and to the best of my knowledge, no one in our family has been exposed to someone with a positive lab test for Covid-19 in the past 14 days.

2) No one in our family currently has a fever over 100 degrees or unexplained symptoms such as loss of taste or smell, difficulty breathing, coughing, headaches or gastrointestinal difficulties.

3) If any of us develop symptoms or find out we have been exposed to someone with Covid-19 I will let the Bayit office know as soon as possible and will not attend programs at the Bayit.

I understand that attending any prayer service, class or other program at the Bayit is my choice. I therefore release Hebrew Institute of University Heights, dba Hebrew Institute of Riverdale from any and all liability for any unintentional exposure to viral or bacterial infection.

By registering our child I(we) acknowledge the following:

- HIR is a nut-sensitive environment. We are NOT a nut-free facility. Snacks may or may not contain dairy products. Please let us know about any allergies or sensitivities your children have.

- HIR will be photographing this event and may use pictures in future advertising efforts including (but not limited to) the weekly bulletin, flyers, posters, and email marketing.
