Membership

Thank you for joining the Bayit as an Associate Member,  The dues per year are $500 for Riverdale residents and $250 for non-residents.  A few things to know:
 
Associate Membership is designed for those who are Full Members at another synagogue. It is not a substitute for full participation as a member of the synagogue of your choice.  The Bayit welcomes all those who wish to join as members regardless of their financial resources. Please reach out to our executive director, Richard Langer, for assistance.
 
Associate Members pay member prices for room rentals and any events for which a member discount is offered. 
 
Since Associate Members have a primary synagogue affiliation elsewhere they are encouraged to join their home synagogue for the High Holidays.  Associate members pay the non-member rate for high holiday seats at the Bayit.
 
 Associate members are not eligible to vote at membership meetings and may not stand for election as a Trustee.

Volunteer Opportunities

Thank you for joining the Bayit. There are many different ways to get involved as a volunteer in our community. Please let us know which efforts you are interested in and we will have a committee person follow up with you.
