Nuptial Agreement Signing and Celebration
Our Bayit Rabbinic Team deeply believes in the use of the halakhic pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements to address the problem of get-refusal in our broader community.
As Rav Steven spoke about on Shabbat Vayikra (full text here), we would like to have 100% of married members of our Bayit community have pre-nuptial or post-nuptial agreements signed and filed.
Please let us know how you, our members feel on the subject by filling out a brief survey on the subject.
If you have not yet signed an agreement, we hope you will join us on Sunday, March 30th for a ceremony and celebration. Family and friends are invited and encouraged to join us for light food and dancing following the signings. Register today, with the form at the bottom of this page.
