Join us for an afternoon of Women’s Tefillah & learning with Yoetzet Halakha Zissy Turner. 

Zissy Turner is a teacher and Yoetzet Halakha, currently pursuing a PhD in Jewish Studies at Gratz College. She teaches Gemara and Tanakh at SAR High School in Riverdale, NY, and serves as the Yoetzet Halakha for Congregation Agudath Sholom in Stamford, CT.  Zissy has studied at Yeshiva University's Graduate Program in Advanced Talmud Study (GPATS) and the Bernard Revel Graduate School, as well as completed further halakhic training through Ohr Torah Stone’s International Halakha Scholars Program. She is proud to be speaking at the Bayit, a community that reflects her values and commitment to warm, thoughtful Torah.
