Jerusalem 20/20: Why Building a Diverse, Vibrant and Resilient City is Critical for its Future |
Brachie Sprung is the Director of the International Office of Jerusalem Partnerships, an initiative spearheaded by the Jerusalem Mayor’s office and philanthropic foundations aimed at sustaining a diverse, reliant and vibrant Jerusalem. IOJP offers philanthropists an alternative approach for making data driven decisions and deploying their capital efficiently and maximizing results by partnering with government, city leadership and other foundations.
Prior to assuming this role, Brachie served as Mayor Nir Barkat’s Senior Advisor for International Affairs from 2013 through 2017. She was the spokesperson in the Mayors office and managed all of the Mayors foreign travel. Before joining the Mayor’s team, Brachie was the Associate Director of Business Development at PresenTense Israel. Brachie holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science and Communication from Bar Ilan University and has participated in executive education at Harvard Business School. Brachie is married to Ari and they live in Riverdale with their three children.
