Please join Joey Zimet EdM, MS in the third annual Postural Therapy Movement Class on Chol Hamoed titled: 'Pesach and Posture: Realigning from Leaning at the Seder. 

It’s a fun, interactive one-hour program where you’ll leave with the tools - postural stretches and exercises - to stand to sit up straighter, walk with efficiency and balance, and breathe more naturally and optimally.

The class will take place via Zoom on Monday, April 10th from 8:30-9:30 am EST. Registration is required.
