7) Closing Message
Today is Rosh Chodesh Nissan - it is one of the new years of the Jewish calendar.  The Sages tell us it is a day filled with power and potential - the day when the Mishkan (Tabernacle) was consecrated and God's presence came to rest among the Jewish people in an ongoing way.  Today I simply express the wish that somehow we are able to tap into the power of this day.  To feel a newness and a sense of possibility even under these most trying circumstances, which are getting more challenging by the day.  Our resources and kindness are also growing by the day.  The Talmud teaches that our ancestors were redeemed in Nissan, and our future redemption will come in Nissan.  May this be a month of as much redemption as possible.

Reminder to all to take good care of ourselves and each other.  Try to do something specific today that strengthens you, and something else that strengthens someone else.

May it be a good day, and a chodesh tov,

Rav Steven, Rav Ezra, Rabbanit Bracha, Rabba Sara and Rav Avi
