7) Closing Message
Thinking of each of you.  As we enter our third week of a different reality, and we continue to connect with each other, I am aware of and noticing the rising toll of these changes on our lives, our relationships, our physical and mental health.  As Pesach approaches, I know the preparations ahead and the gradual acceptance of the reality of a chag alone or without the family and friends we are usually with weigh on us.  These feelings need some space to come out, and the goal is that they not overwhelm us.  Please keep reaching out, and taking the time we need to process and regroup.  Even amidst the challenge, there is often also room to find strength and opportunity.
Reminder to all to take good care of ourselves and each other.  Try to do something specific today that strengthens you, and something else that strengthens someone else.

May it be a safe day,

Rav Steven, Rav Ezra, Rabbanit Bracha, Rabba Sara and Rav Avi
