Explore the richness of content and thought that can be integrated into your Passover Seder

Please join us for a pre-Passover Seder which will inspire you to include new gender balanced traditions into your Passover Seder. Reservation required. Cost: $10/person. Women and Men are invited (Ages 16 and older).

Devorah Evron (click here for bio) is Director of the Elga Stulman Women's Institute for Jewish Studies at HaMidrasha. She is an editor of Vehe Sheamda, the first Israeli Feminist Hagadah and has been opening hearts and minds through teaching and leading seders for 15 years.

Led by Rabba Devorah Evron

Seder La'Neshama is a celebration before the celebration, a gathering to discuss what it means to be free, to leave Egypt, and to think about what we want to discuss at the seder with family and friends.  It will prepare for, comment on, critique and supplement the traditional Seder experience with the Haggadah text, and add a balanced gender dimension of observance to the universally Jewish holiday of Passover.

Co-sponsored by Hebrew Institute of Riverdale - The Bayit and the Jewish Orthodox Feminist Alliance and the Elga Stulman Women's Institute of Jewish Studies at HaMidrasha
