Nuptial Agreement Signing
Our Bayit Rabbinic Team deeply believes in the use of the halakhic pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements to address the problem of get-refusal in our broader community.
As Rav Steven spoke about on Shabbat Vayikra 5774 (full text here), we would like to have 100% of married members of our Bayit community have pre-nuptial or post-nuptial agreements signed and filed.
If you have not yet signed an agreement, we hope you will stop by at one of these three Bayit Programs (listed above) and sign the agreement. Couples must present photo IDs.
